As an Onboarding Specialist, you will engineer success at the forefront of our training initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, conducting, and supporting training programs for new hires. Not only will you play a pivotal role in welcoming and integrating new employees into our company culture, but you will also provide ongoing support to existing staff, assisting them in developing new skills and addressing any areas of improvement. Your dedication to ensuring the success and growth of our team members will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct training programs for new hires.
  • Support existing staff in developing new skills.
  • Assist in integrating new employees into the company culture.
  • Manage training schedules efficiently.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills to manage training programs and schedules.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in training content.
  • Effective communication proficiency to convey information clearly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of Federal and State Laws governing Human Resources.
  • Familiarity with a Human Resources Information System.
