About the position

The Onboarding Specialist will support the CAS Global Client On-Boarding team by managing a portfolio of prospects and assisting with various onboarding activities. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for prospects into clients by addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and maintaining effective communication with relationship advisors and managers. The position requires a strong focus on client experience and adherence to service level agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Support an assigned portfolio of prospects during the onboarding process.
  • Assist with general onboarding activities and implement tickets.
  • Set up deposit accounts and perform Admin IDV tasks.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for daily requests from prospects.
  • Provide technical support for client operational issues and bank transaction inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve prospect inquiries and applications.
  • Guide prospects on their financial business needs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with field relationship advisors and relationship managers.
  • Manage a universal, client-facing departmental email box professionally.
