About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at Hallandale Pharmacy plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and seamless integration for new clients. This position involves close collaboration with logistics and account management teams to deliver products and services accurately and on time, thereby meeting client expectations and maintaining high standards of service. The Onboarding Department is dedicated to providing a positive experience for new clients from the very beginning of their relationship with the pharmacy. Key responsibilities include registering new clients by facilitating their initial setup and ensuring that all necessary client information is accurately recorded. The Onboarding Specialist will also be responsible for updating practice or provider profiles manually via the LifeFile platform to keep information current and relevant. Additionally, the role involves providing essential resource materials, such as GLP-1 information, price and medication catalogs, and LifeFile training references, to support new clients in their onboarding process. Another critical aspect of this position is verifying the credentials of new clients, ensuring the validity of medical licenses and group affiliations. The Onboarding Specialist will also handle the distribution and collection of necessary consent forms and contracts, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Supporting sales representatives with their day-to-day needs is also part of the role, facilitating smooth operations and enhancing the overall client experience. Maintaining confidentiality is paramount, as the specialist will safeguard sensitive customer and company information to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Registering new clients by facilitating initial setup and ensuring accurate recording of all necessary client information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in account management is preferred.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
