About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at Domino's Pizza is a key role responsible for guiding applicants through the hiring process. This position involves conducting initial phone interviews, scheduling face-to-face interviews, and ensuring compliance with company standards and employment laws. The Onboarding Specialist will also coordinate New Training Orientation (NTO) and perform quality control checks on all onboarding information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone interviews with applicants.
• Schedule face-to-face interviews for stores.
• Ensure selections comply with company standards and employment laws.
• Coordinate New Training Orientation (NTO) sessions.
• Maintain continuous communication with store GMs and DMs regarding hiring needs.
• Post and update job requisitions as necessary.
• Review and contact applicants within 24 hours of application submission.
• Confirm background checks and motor vehicle reports are clear.
• Follow up on interview statuses and collect interview sheets from panels.
• Move applicants through the hiring stages in Smart Recruiter.
• Track and validate new hire paperwork before NTO.
• Collect and scan required documents from new hires during NTO.
• Assist with vehicle inspections as needed.
• Promote the company's reputation as a great employment opportunity.
• Conduct job fairs to target staffing needs.
• Monitor and maintain social media accounts related to hiring.
• Conduct stay and exit interviews for feedback.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of employment onboarding and HR experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clear driving record.
• Reliable transportation without prior notice.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Smart Recruiter or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Ability to create effective onboarding materials.
