About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at MB2 Dental plays a crucial role in facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their successful integration into the organization. This position is essential for maintaining compliance with federal regulations and company policies while providing necessary resources and support to new employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring an effective onboarding process.
• Assist new hires with the completion of the necessary paperwork, including employee forms and benefits enrollment.
• Accurately input new hire information into a payroll system, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Guide new hires through the I-9 process, ensuring all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal regulations related to onboarding and employment verification.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of onboarding experience is required.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Results-driven personality with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload.
• Polished and professional presentation and communication style.
• Must be local to DFW as the role will require in-office presence with the option for some remote work.
