About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at Insight Global plays a crucial role in managing the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests. This position is centered around engaging with prospects to gather necessary information and guiding them through the entire onboarding cycle, from application to activation. The Specialist must have a comprehensive understanding of the applicant's organizational structure, file UCCs, and administer system-generated loan documentation. A key aspect of this role is to ensure a satisfactory experience for applicants and customers while maintaining the accuracy of data in TCFIF's system of record. In this position, the Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for establishing effective communication with new clients, ensuring that all required documentation is collected and processed efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex customer needs. The Specialist will also be expected to collaborate with various internal teams to streamline the onboarding process and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Administer the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests.
  • Contact prospects to obtain required information for onboarding.
  • Lead applicants through the entire onboarding cycle from application to activation.
  • Understand applicant organizational structure and file UCCs as necessary.
  • Administer system-generated loan documentation accurately.
  • Ensure a satisfactory applicant/customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accuracy of data in TCFIF's system of record.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing position or 3+ years of experience in banking or finance.
  • 1-3 years of sales, finance, loan documentation, or customer support experience.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of credit basics.
  • Familiarity with UCCs.
