About the position

ImageCare is seeking the hire of an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist for our Hackettstown location, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. The Onboarding Specialist will assist the company with specialized administrative tasks, including following up with new prospects on the specialized membership portal for necessary documentations, gathering and filing all paperwork related to new prospects, including Due Diligence and non-disclosures, and notifying all relevant authorities. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new members and maintaining compliance with HIPAA practices and training. The Onboarding Specialist will assist in onboarding multi-specialty groups as deemed necessary by the Human Resources Director and C-Suite Executives to facilitate the needs of the Management Services Organization (MSO). This includes facilitating the collection of onboarding documentation and due diligence items, maintaining the membership portal demographics, and handling respective data reports. The position also involves fostering professional relationships between onboarded groups, physicians, and third-party vendors, and communicating regularly with status updates to supervisors, physicians, and external third parties. The Onboarding Specialist will also perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with specialized administrative tasks related to onboarding new prospects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of office experience preferred, with at least one year in human resources highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
