As an Onboarding Specialist at Atlantic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition for new customers into our managed IT services. This position is part of our Project Management Organization (PMO) and involves planning, tracking, and executing tailored onboarding projects from initiation through to support go-live. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, ensuring clear and consistent communication while executing the onboarding project plan. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Technical, Sales, Account Management, and IT Operations, to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting essential meetings such as the Customer Onboarding Kickoff Meeting, Weekly Customer Check-ins, and Customer Pre-Go-Live Meetings. You will maintain detailed onboarding project notes and updates, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and documented accurately. Your ability to multi-task and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously will be crucial, as you will need to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will oversee the offboarding process for customers who discontinue our services, ensuring that all necessary information is provided to facilitate a smooth transition. The Onboarding Specialist will also be expected to provide valuable feedback and insights to both customers and internal teams, helping to enhance the overall customer experience.
