About the position

The Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations by providing pre-boarding assistance for new hires, rehires, and transfers. This position serves as the primary contact for pre-boarding processes, ensuring that the delivery of services meets the needs of both the Talent Acquisition Partners and the organization. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to address operational questions and enhance the pre-boarding experience for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-boarding support to TA Operations for new hires, rehires, and transfers.
  • Act as the primary contact for pre-boarding hires, TAPs, and Occupational Health.
  • Support the delivery of TA pre-boarding processes and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with TA Team, Occupational Health, HRIT, and HRSC to address pre-boarding issues.
  • Implement TA Pre-Boarding related tasks and processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as the point person for I-9 verification.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Prior HR experience preferred.
