We firmly believe that in order to effectively address the evolving needs of our community, we must remain adaptable to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to both our pediatric and geriatric community members. As a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist, your pivotal role involves being the main point of contact for our caregivers and clinicians during the onboarding process, as well as throughout their employment for credentialing updates and addressing employment concerns and inquiries promptly. In this role, you will facilitate the swift onboarding and credentialing of Physical and Occupational Therapists seeking to provide patient care within our community. You will maintain accurate, up-to-date therapist documents to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, you will consistently conduct outreach and follow up for therapists missing required documents, responding swiftly to urgent situations and coordinating immediate solutions as needed. Your ability to manage multiple projects and maintain superior communication will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our caregivers and clinicians.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for caregivers and clinicians during onboarding and employment.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and credentialing of Physical and Occupational Therapists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date therapist documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct outreach and follow up for therapists missing required documents.
  • Respond swiftly to urgent situations and coordinate immediate solutions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in Customer Service
  • 1+ years experience in Onboarding
  • Expert time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to see multiple projects through to timely completion
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare onboarding
  • Bilingual in Spanish
