This position is essential for ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the company, addressing their questions and concerns, and managing the onboarding process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
• Coordinate the entire onboarding process, from pre-employment paperwork to the first day on the job.
• Use HR systems (such as Workday, ServiceNow, or other HRIS platforms) to manage and track onboarding tasks.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in HR Operations, onboarding, or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with HR systems.
