Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Coordinate with Recruiting Dept to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilize software system to track employee onboarding activities.
• Provide guidance and support to new hires.
• Collaborate with the training and development team to effectively onboard new hires.
• Keep records of documentation as needed.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in onboarding management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with new hires and provide exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
