The Onboarding Specialist serves as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding new hire status from both clients and recruiters, providing daily updates to ensure transparency and efficiency in the onboarding process. In addition to managing the onboarding workflow, the Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring 100% compliance for every new hire, transfer, and promotion prior to their start date. This includes making clearance decisions for new hires and advising on any compliance challenges that may arise. The role requires the specialist to set best practices for all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring that the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated with all necessary information, including hiring details and offer information.
