About the position

The Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in coordinating the onboarding activities for new and transferring workers within the organization. This position involves processing required documents, maintaining communication with the Talent Acquisition and local Human Resources teams, and ensuring the accuracy of the pending worker's file in the HRIS system. The specialist is responsible for guiding new hires through pre-employment materials and fostering positive relationships to enhance service quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for pending and transferring workers.
• Process all required documents for onboarding.
• Communicate status and concerns with recruiters and facility HR.
• Complete the pending worker's file in the HRIS system.
• Maintain good communication with the Talent Acquisition and local HR teams.
• Import and verify pending worker records for accuracy.
• Instruct pending workers on completing pre-employment materials.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in human resources functions.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
