About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at American Process Management (APM) is responsible for facilitating contractor mobilization on large-scale industrial capital projects across the southeastern United States. This role involves utilizing proprietary systems developed by APM to ensure effective onboarding processes for contractors, ensuring compliance with contracts, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. The position is hybrid and does not require travel, focusing on supporting the onboarding process in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Submit requisitions to contractors
  • Screen resumes prior to submittal to requisition
  • Setup and coordinate interviews of supplemental workers with Client management team
  • Ensure rate and classification compliance with contracts
  • Conduct meetings to communicate new corporate policies with contractors
  • Approve electronic payment to contractors
  • Create purchase requests and change orders

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical skills
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
