About the position

As an Onboarding Specialist at Flip, you will play a crucial role in onboarding brands to the Flip platform, ensuring they connect their existing storefronts from various commerce platforms. This position is pivotal as it serves as the first impression of Flip for many brands, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. You will also assist brands in navigating integration challenges and provide ongoing support to ensure their success on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Perform onboarding calls to connect and introduce brands to Flip.
• Collaborate with brands and technology partners to understand and diagnose integration challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce integration issues during live sessions.
• Collect video evidence of the issues encountered during onboarding.
• Support brands pre and post-onboarding by providing timely responses.
• Timely escalation of issues and prioritization.
• Clearly communicate Flip's policies and programs.
• Support in developing and refining onboarding documentation.
• Assist in the self-onboarding process.
• Maintain expertise in all integration platforms used by Flip.

Requirements

• 2 years experience managing e-commerce operations highly desired.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with brands and internal teams.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Office Suite.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Ability to present confidently on video meetings.
