About the position

As an Account and Digital Product Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for deposit clients utilizing various digital solutions, including treasury management products. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, financial acumen, and technical expertise, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Open accounts for business and consumer clients, conducting full KYC and due diligence.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for clients with digital and treasury management needs, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Meet deadlines and service level timelines for product setups and new client implementations.
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and relationship managers, to gather documentation for client onboarding.
  • Work closely with vendors to configure and set up treasury management products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system implementation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of treasury management products and services.
  • Provide guidance to clients on product features and functionalities.
  • Support new product implementations, testing, and rollouts.
  • Conduct virtual or in-person training sessions for clients on treasury management products.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, providing ongoing support.
  • Ensure onboarding processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain up-to-date client documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and system configurations.
  • Generate reports on onboarding activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to treasury management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding processes and contribute to improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2 years of Financial Services, Financial Operations, Banking, or related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance preferred.
  • Experience with FIS core banking systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical proficiency and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to treasury management.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Benefits

  • Contract position with hourly pay ranging from $20 to $27.
  • On-site work schedule from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
