About the position

The Onboarding Specialist will support the CAS Global Client On-Boarding team by managing a portfolio of prospects and assisting with various onboarding activities. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospects, providing technical support and ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication and resolution of inquiries. The position requires a hybrid work model, with occasional office visits in either Salt Lake City, Utah or Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general onboarding activities and implement tickets.
• Set up deposit accounts and perform Admin IDV tasks.
• Support the journey of a prospect in becoming a client.
• Address daily requests from prospects and provide technical support for client operational issues.
• Maintain effective communication with field relationship advisors and relationship managers.
• Manage a universal, client-facing departmental email box within service level agreements.
• Deliver accurate resolutions to prospect inquiries and applications in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality of work.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to meet service level agreements.
• Comfortable handling challenging conversations with clients professionally.
• Prior experience in a consultative client-facing role.
