About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Onboarding Manager to lead our onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for new employees into our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective onboarding programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to create a positive onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that align with company culture and values.
  • Facilitate employee orientation sessions, providing new hires with essential information about company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, and Taleo for efficient onboarding processes.
  • Manage succession planning initiatives to identify and develop talent within the organization.
  • Oversee the collection of necessary documentation from new hires, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Utilize social media management strategies to promote the company's employer brand during the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with department heads to tailor onboarding experiences specific to each role or department.
  • Analyze feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding process and address any concerns or challenges.

Requirements

  • Proficient in HRIS systems including UltiPro, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, and Taleo.
  • Strong understanding of employee orientation practices and succession planning strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of employees.
  • Experience in social media management as it relates to employer branding and recruitment efforts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on sales-oriented objectives when necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
