About the position

The Onboarding Specialist at ePayPolicy is responsible for delivering exceptional service by training and guiding new accounts through the implementation and adoption of the company's payment solutions. This role involves educating customers and employees about ePayPolicy's products, conducting orientation and training sessions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients. The Onboarding Specialist will work closely with the Sales team to enhance customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Educate customers and employees on ePayPolicy's products and services.
  • Conduct orientation and training sessions for new hires.
  • Understand customer context and goals to provide relevant product information.
  • Organize and execute the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Provide materials to help customers learn best practices for product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure efficient onboarding for new clients.
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer and employee experience.
  • Address concerns and answer questions from new customers.
  • Identify opportunities for additional products to assist in customer adoption.
  • Make outbound calls to customers who need to complete training or reschedule.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as an Onboarding Specialist or Trainer.
  • Excellent communication skills to navigate conversations with customers and employees.
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively.
  • Customer-facing experience with a focus on understanding customer needs.
  • Empathy and a positive approach to customer interactions.
  • Quick learner with the ability to teach others.
  • Familiarity with the insurance or payments industry is a plus.
