About the position

Beatrice Loving Heart is looking for experienced individuals with a passion for working with new Team Members and ensuring a pleasant onboarding experience. Qualified candidates will be knowledgeable and experienced in implementing onboarding processes that are effective. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising the Onboarding Team in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, values, and philosophy. You will work closely with the Onboarding Team to train all new Team Members, ensuring that each new hire receives the appropriate level of support and guidance to create an exemplary onboarding experience. Your role will involve managing a high-volume onboarding contingency tracker and developing strategies to create better systems when needed. You will collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless delivery of onboarding services and optimize successful hires for the organization. This includes scheduling, confirming, coordinating, and monitoring all New Team Member training. Additionally, you will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop and implement recommended solutions for onboarding contingencies and other related onboarding duties. You will also support the Agency by organizing and maintaining appropriate documentation to ensure confidentiality and inform appropriate HR team members when needed. A general knowledge of various employment laws and practices as it pertains to recruitment is essential. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Onboarding Team in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, values, and philosophy.
  • Train all new Team Members to ensure a pleasant onboarding experience.
  • Manage high-volume onboarding contingency tracker and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR team members for seamless onboarding service delivery.
  • Schedule, confirm, coordinate, and monitor all New Team Member training.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions for onboarding contingencies.
  • Organize and maintain documentation to ensure confidentiality and inform HR team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, hospitality management, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of at least 2 years onboarding or relevant experience.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and tenacious follow-up skills.
  • Ability to accurately document information with extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and share responsibility for results.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices related to recruitment.
