Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience to applicants.
• Handle and track high call/email volume.
• Effectively onboard applicants including introduction to company policies and culture.
• Collect documents and pre-employment requirements.
• Organize and oversee weekly caregiver orientations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to applicants & employees.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Assist with afterhours/holiday on-call phone duty.
• Actively participate in events, trainings, and company functions.
