As an Onboarding Specialist at Triage Partners, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for newly hired candidates. With a strong focus on customer service, you will assist new hires in completing necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements within the HRIS system. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the background check process, maintaining accurate onboarding records, and collaborating with IT to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and access to resources. You will also act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their queries and providing ongoing support throughout the onboarding process. Additionally, you will work closely with hiring managers to coordinate and schedule new hires' first days, analyze onboarding metrics, and compile weekly reports for leadership to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruiting-to-onboarding funnel.
