About the position

The Onboarding Strategist at Sendoso is a customer-centric role focused on managing the onboarding experience for customers using the Sendoso sending platform. This position aims to ensure customers are set up for success by familiarizing them with the platform, understanding its capabilities, and delivering best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in onboarding and implementing SaaS solutions, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Educate, enable, and nurture customers through the Sendoso onboarding experience.
• Drive successful activation and adoption of the company's senders.
• Encourage and implement integrations with partner products.
• Understand and explain how features within the platform relate to customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an onboarding role at a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of working with customers on deployment, adoption, and projects.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple teams/departments.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales or marketing experience in a B2B context.
• Deep experience in project management.
