About the position

The Onboarding Support Specialist at UniVoxx plays a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to deployment. This position involves close collaboration with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support, all while maintaining effective communication with internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, thriving in a dynamic environment and eager to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of the customer onboarding process, including data gathering, scheduling, call routing, number porting, documentation, follow-ups, and more.
  • Manage and organize customer onboarding documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Help Desk, Field Techs) to gather necessary information and update project timelines.
  • Track and monitor onboarding milestones, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Assist in preparing customer-facing materials such as device guides, FAQs, training resources, and knowledge base articles.
  • Communicate and document progress using HubSpot and our proprietary portal.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in telecommunications, VoIP services, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
