About the position

The Clinic Director for the medical and radiation oncology clinic in Bolivar, MO, is responsible for leading and managing the clinic's operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment among healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership, motivating and guiding staff toward exceptional performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital administration, and the executive team to enhance oncology services and drive growth in medical oncology, radiation oncology, and advanced treatment modalities.
• Develop staff through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and professional growth opportunities.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives, streamlining clinic processes, optimizing resources, and enhancing patient outcomes.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly with an emphasis on efficient workflows and patient-centered care.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Demonstrate integrity and uphold ethical conduct in all aspects of clinic management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, creating a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including financial management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
