About the position

The Oncology Key Account Manager at Inizio Engage is a senior-level role focused on consultative customer engagement within the oncology sector. This position is responsible for understanding customer needs, developing strategic account plans, and driving the utilization of the company's products in hospitals and clinics. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders in both public and private healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive and methodical approach toward call objectives, ensuring clear next steps and appropriate documentation.
• Utilize current digital tools effectively for customer engagement and adapt quickly to new tools.
• Build and update business plans to address customer types and opportunities in the territory.
• Develop new relationships while maintaining existing ones with key contacts and opinion leaders.
• Educate key stakeholders about the company's products throughout the territory geography.
• Engage and develop strategic partnerships with large customers to educate health professionals on products and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in Oncology and Account Management is required.
• Proven Launch and Biologic experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and drive an account business plan.
• Demonstrated track record of strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
