About the position

The Oncology Key Account Manager at Inizio Engage is responsible for consultative customer engagement within the oncology sector, focusing on uncovering customer needs and developing strategic account plans to influence hospitals and clinics. This role emphasizes driving the utilization of the client's products through strong relationship-building and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a proactive and methodical approach toward call objectives, ensuring clear next steps and appropriate documentation.
  • Utilize current digital tools effectively and adapt quickly to new tools for successful customer engagement.
  • Build and update business plans to address all customer types and opportunities in the territory.
  • Explore and develop new relationships while maintaining existing relationships with key contacts and opinion leaders.
  • Ensure key stakeholder education and awareness of products throughout the territory geography.
  • Engage and develop strategic partnerships with large customers to educate health professionals on products and company resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience required.
  • Experience in Oncology and Account Management is required.
  • Proven Launch and Biologic experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of developing and driving an account business plan.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong business acumen, problem-solving, strategic thinking, data analytical skills, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to persuade, engage, influence, and support customers throughout the promotional and sales process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with highly complex issues and adapt approach to maximize impact due to high learning agility and people agility.
  • Demonstrate team-oriented and cross-functional collaboration skills.
