About the position
Lee Health is seeking an Experienced Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their growing team within the Lee Physician Group Oncology practice. This role involves providing comprehensive oncology services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating closely with physicians to support a wide range of cancer care services.
Responsibilities
- Provide oncology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in the oncology team.
- Participate in weekend inpatient coverage on a 1:6 rotation.
- Support physician call during weekend coverage.
- Utilize EPIC EMR and Dragon Dictation for documentation and patient management.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program.
- Must be able to obtain a Florida License.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in Oncology.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with various oncology services such as Palliative Care, Surgical Oncology, and Infusion Center operations.
