About the position

The OneSource Site Coordinator is responsible for managing program governance documentation, ensuring instrument inventory integrity, and facilitating communication between customers and service teams. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, conducting inventory checks, and providing lab support as needed, all while maintaining a professional rapport with technical personnel and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and assemble program governance documentation for customer review, including instrument inventory lists, program financials, and KPIs/metrics.
  • Open work orders for repairs and planned maintenance on behalf of scientists.
  • Conduct instrument inventory sweeps and spot checks as needed, documenting changes and compiling change control documentation.
  • Provide timely information to Workflow Specialists to update the SAP database due to instrument inventory changes.
  • Ensure PM schedules are met and work orders are scheduled with the appropriate service delivery team.
  • Communicate program information internally and discuss troubleshooting/repair situations with customers in a professional manner.
  • Escort OEM or TPV service engineers at customer sites, verifying health and safety requirements and facilitating their access to equipment locations.
  • Obtain service reports from engineers upon completion of service events and verify the need for return visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 1+ year of technology industry experience, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant technical experience with Windows technologies, including Microsoft Office, networking, remote computing, and backup systems.
