About the position

The OneStream Solution Architect role at MorganFranklin involves leading technical aspects of OneStream engagements, including implementations and optimization efforts. This position requires collaboration with business leaders to solve complex client challenges and support corporate performance management projects. The architect will also play a key role in business development, team development, and ensuring adherence to delivery methodologies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements, including new implementations and optimization efforts across the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with leadership to set and execute strategy for the CPM practice and deepen the alliance relationship with OneStream.
• Support business development pursuits and marketing initiatives, including events, conferences, and proposal efforts.
• Ensure adherence to MorganFranklin's delivery methodology, approach, standards, tools, and templates.
• Educate internal and external audiences on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices.
• Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, and technical training.
• Collaborate with other MorganFranklin services to engage as a business partner and advisor to clients.
• Embrace and embody MorganFranklin's culture and client service principles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream.
• 5+ additional years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream and/or other market-leading CPM solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions to empower functional business needs.
• 5+ years of relevant professional services experience.
• Strong understanding of the functional business processes that CPM enables, including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong perspective on CPM best practices.
• Experience with data integration, conversions, and interfaces.
• OneStream business rules and/or .NET and/or VBA and/or SQL experience.
• Experience managing projects, including responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, IT, or related field.
• Prior functional, industry experience in corporate accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) lead architect certification.
• CPA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma certifications.
