About the position

The Oneview Product Owner is responsible for defining the product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with business needs and frontline agents. This role involves leading a Scrum Team, managing the product backlog, and making data-driven decisions to enhance product performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Defining the product roadmap and communicating the product vision
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business needs
• Leading a Scrum Team and participating in sprint ceremonies
• Prioritizing the product backlog and collaborating with stakeholders
• Leading epic and user story creation with clear acceptance criteria
• Working with the Scrum Master and Tech Directors to plan sprints
• Accepting work completed by the team during the Sprint
• Managing and reporting on the team budget
• Monitoring and enhancing product performance and experience
• Managing product dashboards to measure success against KPIs

Requirements

• 8+ years of business experience in implementing digital capabilities
• Ability to make time-boxed decisions on scope and priority
• Quick to acquire product expertise and technical acumen
• Ability to articulate business value and how Scrum Team work realizes it
• Experience analyzing customer/market trends
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
• Proactive and collaborative work style
• Self-sufficient and able to operate with autonomy
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial and adaptable with process and controls experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
