The Online Fulfillment Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience through the timely execution and fulfillment of online orders. This position requires a friendly, self-motivated, and dependable individual who enjoys working in a physical and fast-paced environment. The Team Member will be responsible for locating merchandise for online customer orders in both the backroom and on the sales floor, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The responsibilities of the Online Fulfillment Team Member include completing Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within a four-hour timeframe to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Team Member will ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within a two-day timeframe, unless specifically marked for next-day delivery service. Proper preparation and packing of customer orders for shipment using the correct materials in a timely manner is essential. During the holiday season, the Team Member will also be responsible for organizing, stocking, and fulfilling layaway orders. Outstanding service to customers is paramount, which includes maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work promptly. Furthermore, the Team Member will positively promote Fleet Farm's customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
