About the position

The Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk is responsible for efficiently selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders while ensuring freshness and quality. This role involves assembling orders, processing payments, and delivering orders to customers' cars upon their arrival. The position emphasizes providing a positive customer service experience and adhering to the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments.
• Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon their arrival at the store for pick-up.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers' orders at the time of pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders while following all bagging standards.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to the store e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items in need of repair.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Any experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or experience as a cashier.
