About the position

The Online Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a dynamic marketer who can support the digital marketing team in driving traffic to the USB website, tracking conversion rates, and analyzing site data to recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital marketer with various tasks
  • Devise ways to promote and drive traffic to the USB website
  • Track conversion rates and recommend improvements
  • Analyze site data and make improvements
  • Develop new functionalities and features to keep the website relevant and updated
  • Reformat/edit material to suit website requirements
  • Program elements for CRM, e-newsletters, and other e-communication
  • Program functionality for online bookings and payments on the website

Requirements

  • Above average marketing and business skills
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Graphical knowledge and ability to work with Photoshop/Illustrator
