About the position

The Online Marketing SEO SMM Specialist is responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role involves promoting the USB website, tracking conversion rates, analyzing site data, and making recommendations for improvements to enhance online presence and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support digital marketer with various tasks
• Devise ways to promote and drive traffic to the USB website
• Track conversion rates and recommend improvements
• Analyze site data and make improvements
• Develop new functionalities and features to keep the website relevant and updated
• Reformat/edit material to suit website requirements
• Program elements for CRM, e-newsletters, and other e-communication
• Program functionality for online bookings and payments on the website

Requirements

• Above average marketing and business skills
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong copywriting skills
• Graphical knowledge and ability to work with Photoshop/Illustrator

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SEO and SMM strategies
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
