About the position

The Online Order Filling Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the associates who fill and dispense online orders at Walmart. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of orders, managing product substitutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The supervisor will lead the team in locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise for pickup, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Online Order Filling associates in their daily tasks.
• Ensure the accuracy of online orders prior to customer pickup.
• Manage product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to associates.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
