About the position

The Onsite Administrative Assistant at Hantik Development Ltd is a full-time role focused on client success and operational management. The position serves as the primary daily contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Key responsibilities include mail processing, resource management, and performance tracking, with an emphasis on developing systems to enhance service delivery and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary daily client contact for service delivery.
  • Process mail for multiple clients and manage office services.
  • Manage all resources within the operation, including personnel and facilities.
  • Track all client requests using approved tracking mechanisms.
  • Maintain minimal mail inventory and develop tracking systems for mail delivery.
  • Coach, develop, and cross-train team members to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Create value-added services for clients.
  • Maintain consistent documentation of employee status.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-level relationship building and operational management.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience overseeing 5-10 employees.
  • Ability to build business relationships and interact effectively with C-level executives.
  • Exceptional computer skills.
  • Industry-related experience is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in mailroom management (5 years preferred).
  • Experience in shipping and receiving (5 years preferred).
  • Experience in customer service/client management (5 years preferred).
  • Experience in office services management (5 years preferred).
