As a Brand Ambassador for Renewal by Andersen, you will play a crucial role in representing the company at various retail locations and events, such as tradeshows and festivals. This part-time position is designed for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to engage with homeowners and generate leads for our sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with potential customers, identify their home improvement needs, and schedule free in-home consultations. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about the window and door replacement industry while contributing to a mission that aims to revolutionize the customer experience. In this dynamic position, you will be on the front lines, engaging with hundreds of homeowners and providing them with information about our exclusive window and door systems. You will need to be outgoing and personable, as your ability to drive conversations and connect with customers is key to your success. The role requires reliable transportation, as you will be traveling to various locations within your area. Additionally, you will need to be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation (required)
  • A smartphone to use for communication with supervisors
  • Ability to be on your feet for 4-6 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions
  • Outgoing personality with ability to drive a conversation
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and your own vehicle
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application.

Nice-to-haves
