About the position

As an Onsite Community Association Manager at RealManage, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of homeowners' associations (HOAs) and other community associations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with all community policies and procedures as defined by the Board of Directors. You will be tasked with planning, developing, and approving operational policies, procedures, methods, and regulations related to general operating procedures. This role requires you to direct the work of all department managers and be the primary driver in the development of the annual operating, cash, and capital budgets. You will also develop periodic checkpoints to assess compliance with the published budget and be responsible for the timely preparation of monthly financial reports to the Board of Directors. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will coordinate the development of long-range and annual business plans that align with the association's by-laws and policies. You will oversee the impact and effect of association policies, programs, and processes, recommending changes as needed. Monitoring the quality of association products and services to ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction will also be a key part of your role. Establishing and maintaining ongoing dialogue with members to elicit input on the association's direction and improvements is essential. You will coordinate with the Board of Directors on the development and implementation of all strategic plans, ensuring that the community's needs are met effectively. Your secondary duties will include planning and developing specific operational programs, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies, and providing counsel to management staff to ensure all employees are properly trained and knowledgeable of their responsibilities. You will also develop and maintain a basic management philosophy to guide all association personnel towards optimal operating results and support internal controls. Other duties may be assigned as directed by the Board of Directors or management.
