About the position

The Onsite Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) at Associa is responsible for managing community associations by acting as a liaison between the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. This role involves overseeing various community management tasks, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining the community's appearance and operations. The LCAM will also handle financial reporting and attend community events, contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of the community.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
  • Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, and conduct walk-throughs.
  • Prepare annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statement packages for homeowners.
  • Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the Board of Directors.
  • Provide recommendations to the Board regarding major capital expenditures.

Requirements

  • Valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality, or related industry
  • Proficiency in business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling)
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others in person and in group settings
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication skills via phone, email, and in-person.
