About The Position

Requirements

  • Must reside in the state of TN or KY (within 50 miles of Clarksville, TN).
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced contact center environment is required.
  • Prior customer service, sales, or technical support experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer and technical proficiency, including Google Workspace.

  • Volunteer experience or community involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions with genuine empathy and compassion.
