The Onsite Maintenance Technician at RealManage is responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at Homeowners Association (HOA) residential communities. This role operates under the direction of the Maintenance Director and involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the upkeep and functionality of community facilities. The technician will engage in both preventative and routine maintenance, ensuring that all work orders are completed efficiently using the work order system. Responsibilities also include general maintenance, janitorial duties, and grounds work throughout the Community Associations. The technician will conduct periodic inspections of the grounds and common area buildings, advising the supervisor of any needed repairs, improvements, or safety issues that arise. The position requires a solid understanding of various maintenance skills, including carpentry, concrete work, door repairs, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutter maintenance, lock repairs, plumbing, and painting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, with a preference for those who have experience in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, plumbing, and painting. While experience in cleaning, locks, and gutters is highly desired, proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to use tools and materials safely is essential. Additionally, experience with simple electric maintenance and pool maintenance is a plus, although not mandatory.
