About the position

The Onsite Manager - Talent Acquisition at Spherion Staffing in Lebanon, Indiana, is responsible for managing the recruitment process, acting as the main point of contact for candidates, and liaising with clients. This role involves establishing recruiting plans, maintaining candidate communication, and ensuring client satisfaction through relationship-driven visits. Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates engagement, screen, schedule, interview, and place candidates
  • Acting as a liaison between Spherion Staffing and customers in Lebanon, IN
  • Comfortable working the field and checking in on active clients
  • Establish focused recruiting plans
  • Maintain and document candidate communication within the recruiting database
  • Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders and appropriately match permanent and/or temporary employees to meet client needs and expectations
  • Execute relationship driven client visits ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control and development of new business
  • Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Sales and Customer Service experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Adaptability and flexibility to maintain effectiveness during change
  • Computer literacy - proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google products
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
  • Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary
  • Energetic and enjoy talking with candidates and clients on the phone and in person

Nice-to-haves

  • Some recruiting experience is helpful but not required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
