About The Position
The Onsite Project Coordinator will act as an ambassador for PCG at the client's warehouse, primarily responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and supporting the onsite employee workforce. This role requires close collaboration with team leaders and Human Resources to ensure smooth operations and employee engagement. The position is initially based in Vineland, NJ, transitioning to Cranbury, NJ after a few months, with a flexible daily work schedule.
