About the position

The Onsite Property Manager is responsible for directing the operations of an apartment community to meet the goals of Anza Management Company. This role focuses on optimizing return on investment for property owners, ensuring a quality living environment for residents, and fostering positive relationships with company employees.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operations of the apartment community to meet company goals.
  • Optimize return on investment for property owners.
  • Provide a quality living environment for residents.
  • Promote positive working relationships with company employees.
  • Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
  • Handle financial-related issues including budgeting and collections.
  • Utilize property management software effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a community manager of at least 100+ units.
  • Required to live onsite.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred.
  • Must have a valid California Driver's License.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Will be subject to a background/physical/drug screening.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with property management software - Yardi (Preferred).
  • Good computer skills including Excel and Word.
