About the position

The Onsite Recruiting Manager at Staffmark Investment LLC is responsible for providing comprehensive recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and customer service to candidates, associates, and client staff at an assigned on-site account. This role is pivotal in ensuring that staffing needs are met effectively while fostering a positive experience for all stakeholders involved.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to evaluate and assess their staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain active recruiting plans to support hiring needs.
  • Determine and forecast both applicant and hiring needs to meet staffing requirements.
  • Perform internal and external recruiting activities to meet and exceed the customer's headcount requirements.
  • Write job postings to support recruitment needs.
  • Maintain social media activity to support recruiting and engagement needs.
  • Perform recruiting outreach activities to build recruiting relationships and increase candidate flow.
  • Evaluate and interview applicants, performing required screening specific to the on-site client.
  • Match talent to the most suitable job or department for the on-site customer.
  • Greet new hires and introduce them to customer's supervisors.
  • Communicate updates on staffing requests and arrivals to client team members.
  • Process applicants in the company system, maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy of employee records and files.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or human resources.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Customer-service orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment.
  • Ethical conduct and thoroughness.

Nice-to-haves

  • HRIS or PeopleSoft experience preferred.
