About the position

As an Onsite Supervisor with Adecco, you will play a crucial role in managing associates and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes for a large corporation in Vista, California. You will be expected to anticipate and understand the local talent market, implementing workforce planning strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent. In this role, you will attend to all candidates who contact the onsite location, whether in person or online, providing them with accurate information about Adecco, job offers, guidance, and training programs. Building and maintaining relationships with both passive and active candidates will be essential. You will comply with and execute required recruitment and submission activity KPIs, conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates, and assess their qualifications to ensure a match with client requirements. Additionally, you will assist in creating and executing robust recruitment plans to meet client hiring needs, develop community engagement programs, and act as a subject matter expert on Adecco's recruitment tools and processes. Daily and weekly management of established productivity and KPI metrics will be part of your responsibilities, with a focus on improving business operations efficiencies. You will also coordinate logistics for recruiting events and develop associate engagement programs to enhance the Adecco/associate relationship, ultimately improving satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve responding to temporary employee inquiries, conducting associate check-ins, and fostering continuous associate satisfaction through feedback and action plans. Building and maintaining relationships with associates and clients will be key, as you will be responsible for the retention of both associates and clients alongside management.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
  • Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring they receive correct information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates.
  • Comply with and execute required recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine the best placement options.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility with client requirements.
  • Assist with creating, implementing, and executing robust recruitment plans to meet the client's hiring needs.
  • Develop candidate and community engagement programs to strengthen Adecco's presence in the market.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) related to Adecco's recruitment tools and processes.
  • Coordinate and consult with hiring managers to understand clients' specialized needs better and encourage relationship building.
  • Manage established productivity and KPI metrics with a focus on improving business operations efficiencies.
  • Develop and own local recruiting resource relationships and grassroots recruiting plans.
  • Coordinate logistics for recruiting events.
  • Develop associate engagement programs to bolster the Adecco/associate relationship and improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to temporary employee inquiries and escalate further as necessary.
  • Complete associate check-ins/reviews based on key Moments of Truth.
  • Foster continuous associate satisfaction through formal and informal feedback and develop action plans to address opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients.
  • Responsible for retention of associates and clients along with the manager.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 3-5 years of equivalent management, recruiting, or staffing work experience is required.
  • A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proven track record measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Process- and KPI-oriented.
  • Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills, with the ability to learn new software.
  • Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
  • High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.
