About the position
The Virtual Specialist at CoVantage is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members through various communication channels, including phone calls and online platforms. This role involves assisting members with deposit services, consumer loans, and virtual services in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with members while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Field phone calls, voicemails, e-mails, and online messages.
- Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, bill pay, deposits, and more.
- Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships.
- Refer members to other credit union products and services when appropriate.
- Provide efficient and professional service to members.
- Maintain member confidentiality.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a service or sales related capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
- Organized, efficient, and accurate in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows Software programs.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.
