About The Position

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a full-time Virtual Specialist to provide exceptional service to members through phone and online channels. This role involves assisting with deposit services, consumer loans, and virtual services in a fast-paced environment dedicated to member satisfaction.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a service or sales related capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
• Organized, efficient, and accurate in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows Software programs.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Field phone calls, voicemails, e-mails, and online messages.
• Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, bill pay, deposits, and more.
• Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships.
• Refer members to other credit union products and services when appropriate.
• Provide efficient and professional service to members.
• Maintain member confidentiality.
